No Hassle Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with the products you purchase.  Please contact us for prompt attention when you have a return.  Our return policy is:

• For defective products, contact us and we will handle the details of repairing or replacing the item.
• Products other than 'special orders' may be returned for any reason within 30 days.  After 30 days there may be a small handling charge.
• Returned items should be in the original packaging with all accessories and in saleable condition.
• Return of 'special order' items are subject to the return policy of our suppliers.

Nickerson Business Supplies has always incorporated an unwritten element of reasonableness in our policies regarding service and returned items.  We are interested in long-term relationships and we will always strive to do whatever we can to resolve any service issues to our customer's satisfaction.
