- We shop our competitors so you
don’t have to! You can count on us to continuously
shop the public web sites of our competitor’s
so that you always get low prices.
- We invest in software that enables
us to spot check competitor pricing at the push of
a button.
- We keep our overhead low! You
won’t find our name on any stadiums and we don’t
spend millions advertising on network TV and radio.

As hard as we work at bringing you the
lowest prices every day, we may miss something. If you
find a lower price or, if a competitor brings you an
unadvertised “special, just for you price”,
let us know. We will match or beat any competitor’s
price on equal products and on equal terms. By terms,
we mean things like delivery charges, quantity limits
and payment terms. Here’s how to let us

Very few exceptions!
There are just a few exceptions to our
ability to match or beat competitors’ pricing:
- Machines – we will always
give you our lowest possible price but we may not
always be able to match prices on machines like printers,
fax machines and copiers.
- Special Events – We might
not always be able to match prices on liquidation,
grand opening or anniversary sales.
